Repair and maintenance of numerical control cutting machine

the working site and work of numerical control cutting machine cause the experimental machine to be paralyzed and unable to work. Relatively speaking, the working environment (1) dry friction contact surface is bad without any lubricant, and the metal dust is relatively large. Therefore, the machine must be comprehensively cleaned and maintained, and special personnel should be responsible for the lubrication, repair and maintenance of the equipment

I Safe operation:

1 CNC cutting machine is a kind of precision equipment, so the operation of cutting machine must be three fixed (fixed person, fixed machine, fixed position)

2 The operator must be professionally trained and proficient in operation. Non professionals should not move

3. Before operation, it must be confirmed that there is no external interference. After everything is normal, hang the cut plate on the cutting platform, and the plate cannot exceed the cutting range (which also makes people have a deeper understanding of the diversity of carbon elements. Note: be careful when hoisting)

II Routine maintenance:

1 Every working day, the dirt of the machine tool and the guide rail must be cleaned, except for exhibitors in Chinese Mainland, to keep the machine bed clean, turn off the air source and power supply when off duty, and drain the residual air in the pipe belt of the machine tool at the same time

2. If you leave the machine for a long time, turn off the power to prevent unprofessional operation

3. Pay attention to observe whether there is lubricating oil on the horizontal and longitudinal guide rails and rack surfaces of the machine to keep them lubricated well

III Weekly maintenance:

1 The machine shall be thoroughly cleaned every week, and the horizontal and vertical guide rails and transmission gears and racks shall be cleaned and lubricated

2. Check whether the horizontal and vertical rail wipers work normally. If not, replace them in time

3. Check whether all cutting torches are loose, and clean up the garbage at the mouth of the ignition gun to keep the ignition normal

4. If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive and whether the probe needs to be replaced

monthly and quarterly maintenance:

1 Check whether there is garbage at the main air inlet and whether all valves and pressure gauges work normally

2. Check whether all air pipe connectors are loose and whether all pipe straps are damaged. Tighten or replace if necessary

3. Check whether all transmission parts are loose, check the meshing of gears and racks, and make adjustments if necessary

4. Loosen the tightening device, push the pulley by hand, and check whether it can come and go freely. If there is any abnormal condition, adjust or replace it in time

5. Check whether the clamping block, steel belt and guide wheel are loose and whether the steel belt is tight, and adjust it if necessary

6. Check the strong current cabinet and operation platform, and check whether the fastening screws are loose. Use a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to clean the dust in the cabinet. Check whether the connector is loose (refer to the electrical manual for details)

7 Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, replace damaged ones, and finally draw a comprehensive detection graph to detect the accuracy of the machine
