③ leading edge paper feeding: it is the rotation of dozens of rubber wheels in front of the workbench that rolls the paperboard into the paper feeding roller of the printing machine, so that the paperboard completes the whole process of printing and slotting

2) characteristics and uses of the three paper feeding methods

① chain paper feeding. Chain paper feeding is the simplest and most original paper feeding method, which does not require high flatness of paperboard. The bending of the paperboard will not affect the paper feeding effect, but because it is manual paper feeding, the speed is slow, and the fastest is 40-50 sheets/minute. Because this kind of paper feeding is the paper feeding length determined by calculating the unfolding length through the roller diameter, and the chain is British system, the calculated size is approximate, and the whole paper feeding process has the problem of back and forth displacement, so this paper feeding method is not suitable for large-scale production

② push back paper feeding: the push back paper feeding method is a more advanced and currently implemented paper pushing method. It has fast paper pushing speed, can be operated continuously, and is suitable for large-scale production. Its paper pushing effect is highly accurate, and there is basically no error in paper feeding, but this paper feeding requires that the paperboard must be flat, and the paperboard directly touches the sensor connector at the controller end by hand, which is too thin to be applicable

③ leading edge paper feeding: leading edge paper feeding is a relatively high-end paper feeding method. Its speed can reach 300 sheets/minute. It is suitable for large-scale production and for printing and slotting with thin paperboard. This high-end paper feeding method is being tried out in some large enterprises
